My career did not start in dashboards. It started in high-stakes communication.
I began in legal interpretation and translation — court work, legal offices, and formal proceedings where accuracy, confidentiality, and trust were non-negotiable. That work sat close to operational and public-service environments, including supporting communication in police and legal settings. The standard was simple: get the meaning right, protect the process, and stay calm under pressure.
From there I moved into technology as an analyst in Trust & Safety and AI training operations. I labeled data, validated decisions, investigated root causes, and helped train systems that had to make consistent judgments at scale. That is where I learned how quality, policy, and human judgment become data — and how small process gaps become large operational problems.
I then grew into workforce planning, analytics, and enterprise transformation. I owned scheduling, forecasting, and capacity work, then built the reporting systems and automations around it — and trained more than 1,000 people to adopt new ways of working. The thread is the same throughout: turn complexity into clarity, then make the change stick.
